Victorian Diamond & Turquoise Ivy Leaf Convertible Tiara
An antique Victorian diamond and turquoise tiara, circa 1890. The naturalistic tiara is designed as a row of five graduated ivy leaves, pavé set in silver with rose and old brilliant cut diamonds and centred with cabochon turquoise 'berries', to gold openwork backs with naturalistic veining detail. A chain of turquoise cabochons in silver collet settings detaches from the frame and may be worn as a bracelet. Fittings are supplied, allowing the central leaf to be worn as a brooch or pendant, and the two adjacent leaves as earrings.
