Delivery within the UK and European Union
We are proud to offer insured, tracked and FREE delivery on any item(s) purchased online*(except wedding ring purchases for which shipping is charged). All deliveries will require a signature and photo identification will sometimes be required. We will aim to send out your item(s) within 5 working days of receiving the full payment.
We will do everything we can to accommodate a smooth delivery process. Due to the high value nature of our items, please bear with us in case of any further security checks that are required before delivery.
All prices on our website include VAT at the applicable rate.
Collection
You are more than welcome to collect your item(s) from us in our gallery. If you wish to do then you

Please note that we can not take responsibility for any time delays at customs clearance at the point of export.
Returns policy
We have every faith that you will be delighted with your online purchase from us. However, if you feel like you have made the wrong selection then you can return your item within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund.
Please call us on +44(0)20 7493 8904 to tell us why you are returning your item(s) and then please pack them securely, as they arrived, in the original Hancock’s box and with any additional documents. The package should be returned to us by recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery. We can not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Items that have been personalised, adjusted or made bespoke to order can not be refunded.
As we do not store customer debit/credit card details at Hancock’s we will contact you once we have received back the goods in order to issue you your refund.
