There is a romance to antique and old cut stones, the knowledge that they have lived a life long before we came to know them. Heralding from a candle-lit bygone era, what have they seen and heard, what lives have they touched and who loved them before we did?

In addition to this, recycled diamonds and gemstones are the most environmentally responsible choice; this coupled with the fact that they are also the most beautiful choice makes them a no brainer! These lovely gemstones are then handmade into jewels using only recycled precious metals and our workshops are here in London, minimising our carbon footprint.

Craftsmanship

In our opinion, fine jewellery is an artform that should only be created with the combination of the finest crafts and skills. A beautifully hand-cut natural diamond or gemstone which is then handmade by a Master Craftsman. Therefore for over 175 years we have used the best of both and we have made some very important jewels! It is a great shame today to see a lower value placed on both of these skillsets with jewellery combining machine cut diamonds with printed or cast mass produced mountings.
