The centre is set with a 1.53ct antique cushion cut Ceylon sapphire, within 18ct yellow gold claws and bordered by a cluster of old brilliant cut diamonds, all set in platinum with diamond set shoulders to a platinum band featuring signature hand engraving and millegrain detailing.
